CapWIN Board Meeting Proposed Board Schedule for 2008 - 2009 The titles for each of the meetings reflect the cycle of decisions the Board needs to make for the CapWIN program over the course of the year. It begins with preliminary approval of a strategic plan for the upcoming fiscal year in March. In June the Board will be presented with a proposed budget designed to implement the strategic plan. In September the Board will conduct a formal review of program performance in the previous year. In December the focus of the Board will be on the on-going program performance. And in March the cycle begins again.

All meeting will be in the CapWIN Greenbelt Office from 11-1 p.m. Lunch will be served.
