CATT in the Spotlight at ITSA
The Center for Advanced Transportation Technology was an exhibitor at the Intelligent Transportation Society (ITS) of America 2009 Annual Meeting which was held June 1-3 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center located in National Harbor, Maryland. As an exhibitor CATT was able to highlight not only the CATT Lab but was able to let participants know about our other initiatives including CITE, CapWIN, and our involvement with the I-95 Corridor Coalition. During the Annual Meeting CATT also got exposure by hearing from our staff. CATT Lab director Michael Pack was a speaker during the Metropolitan Area Transportation Operations Coordination Program special session. Philip Tarnoff served as a speaker for two sessions, Performance Measures for ITS: Assessing the impact of ITS on Surface Transportation Systems and Performance Measures and Technology.
